Plant components

Mixing and batching plant
Recipe-accurate preparation of core and face concrete.
Concrete transport systems
Bucket conveyor or belt, optionally with ColorMix for multi-coloured face mixes.
Machine / OMAG Tronic
The heart of the plant with highly efficient vibration.
Elevator
Take-over and stacking of freshly produced boards.
Finger car group
Configured per project, with laser board detection, laser distance measurement and Wi-Fi data transfer.
Curing chamber
Controlled curing of the products.
Lowering unit
Destacking towards the dry side.
Dry side transport line
Slide and roller conveyors for onward transport.
Block splitter
Separating and doubling blocks before packaging.
Packaging
Servo drives, smooth motion sequences, rotation up to 270°, integrated or stand-alone.
Block package transport
Moving finished packages towards storage or loading.
Board stacker
